Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Argelyx, the service operated by Argelyx (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Argelyx, you agree to these Terms. Argelyx is currently offered as a limited beta — please read the beta-specific terms below carefully.

The service

Argelyx is an AI-assisted functional and user-experience testing tool. You provide a website and a testing objective in plain language; the service uses browser automation, guided by an AI model, to carry out that objective and report what it finds. Argelyx is not a security scanner, does not perform vulnerability or penetration testing, and its automation is deliberately restricted from entering payment details or completing real purchases.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Argelyx to:

• Test a website you do not own and are not otherwise authorized to test;
• Attempt security testing, vulnerability scanning, or exploitation of any kind;
• Submit real payment card numbers, credentials, or other sensitive personal data as part of a test;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or any website tested through it;
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

You are solely responsible for confirming you have the legal right and authorization to run automated tests against any URL you submit. We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans, where offered, are billed and processed through Stripe. During the current beta period, billing is operated in a test/non-production capacity and no live production payments are being charged through the service; pricing and billing terms will be confirmed before any live payment processing begins. Where a subscription is active, you may cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout. We do not currently offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

Beta status, availability, and changes

Argelyx is provided as a beta service. Features, usage limits, pricing, and these Terms may change as the service develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability during the beta period, and functionality may be added, changed, or removed without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.

Disclaimers

Argelyx is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AI-generated test results and reports are produced by an automated system and may be incomplete or inaccurate; they are provided as an aid to your own testing and judgment, not as a guarantee of your website's correctness, security, or fitness for any purpose. We do not guarantee absolute security of the service or of any data processed through it, and we make no certification claims (for example, no claim of SOC 2, HIPAA, or formal GDPR certification).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Argelyx will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of Argelyx.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, particularly as the service moves beyond beta. Continued use of Argelyx after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
